How to get answers at the Animation Help Desk...
There are multiple ways you can get answers to your questions at the Animation Help Desk. Our first suggestion would be to hop over to 3D ARK's Animation Help Desk Forum and post your question there.
The second choice would be to submit your question to helpdesk@3dark.com. (To speed up the process, please put "Help Desk Question" in the subject line). We will then consult numerous resources and hopefully get back to you with an answer as quickly as possible. With either choice, we cannot guarantee a prompt answer to any questions, but we'll do our best. |
